“The Kindness Rocks Project was created to spread inspiration and a moment of kindness for unsuspecting recipients through random inspirational rocks dropped along the way.”
The residents at Harbor Point BHC took part in a movement where they were able to spread random acts of kindness. The Recreation Therapy department collected rocks for each resident to paint and design in their own way. Each resident wrote a kind message or word on the back of their rock and then set out to spread the kindness!
The residents took a walk along the Portsmouth seawall and placed their rocks somewhere along the way. The rocks are meant for others to pick up and receive the message of kindness. Anyone that finds a rock is encouraged to either drop the rock in a new location of their choosing or keep the rock and create one of their own to pass on!
